Bayern beaten 1-0 by LazioTuchel's men had no shots on targetKane frustrated with lacklustre teammatesWHAT HAPPENED?
The Bavarians emerged second-best against a spirited Lazio side at the Stadio Olimpico as a Ciro Immobile strike from the spot following a red card to Dayot Upamecano made the difference. It was a frustrating outing for Kane, who hardly troubled a well-drilled defensive unit and ultimately failed to land a single shot on target.

The England international was clearly unhappy at the end of the match and speaking to he said: "Really tough week. I thought we started well, we had some clear chances. In these games they're big moments [misses]. The second half was disappointing, we came out with less energy, less confidence, too many balls given away and ultimately we got punished. Once you go down to 10 men it's always difficult to come find a way back into the game."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Bayern lost pace in the Bundesliga title race after they were outplayed by Bayer Leverkusen last weekend and the defeat to Lazio puts question marks over their European hopes. However, Kane is not willing to throw in the towel and has instead urged his team-mates to pull up their socks and give their best shot for the rest of the season.
"We have to find more energy, more confidence. We're still in the race for the Bundesliga, still in this tie – they come to our stadium in a few weeks. We have to keep fighting and look forward and try to turn our momentum around," he said.
DID YOU KNOW?
This was just Bayern's fourth loss in the last 48 games in the Champions League. Whereas, it was Tuchel's 10th defeat in 43 competitive matches for Bayern – a number that it took his predecessor Julian Nagelsmann 84 matches to reach in charge of the club.
